Bheja fry is a classic recipe made with goat brain. This home made lamb brain fry recipe basically involves scrambling the brain with spices and then frying it. lamb brain cooked with onions and Indian spices gives real taste.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Lamb Brains
Garam Masala Powder ¼ tsp
GINGER GARLIC PASTE ½ tsp
4 large green chillies
2 tbsp OIL
2 medium ONIONS
RED CHILLI POWDER ¼ tsp
Salt as per taste ½ tsp
Pinch of Turmeric powder

STEPS TO PREPARE:
1. Soak Brain in hot water with turmeric powder for 5 min this helps in cleaning.
2. take a pan add oil saute with masala, chopped onions, salt cook till it becomes light brown colour.
3. Add Turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, red chilli powder saute all this for few min.
4. Cut brain in to required pieces and add to the masala cook for 5 min by closing with a lid.
5. Lastly add chopped Coriander and serve hot.
