INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT
It is brewed with malt and hops from NYS. This beer uses excess Black Seed Bagels as part of its grain bill, reducing food waste and contributing to our shared sustainability goals.
TASTING NOTES:
There are pleasant rustic malt flavors, biscuit notes, a whiff of lemon peel on the aroma, and a modest, refreshing, balancing bitterness.
Bitterness: Medium-low
Final Gravity (Plato): 1.7
Hops: NYS Cascade
Yeast: German Ale
Malts: NYS Pilsner, NYS Wheat
