Faulty surface element? In this episode of Repair & Replace, Vance shows how to test and replace a radiant heating element in a ceramic stove. If the heating element is faulty then it will prevent the burner from heating. This video will show you how to test the element with a multimeter and how to install a new element. We'll cover single coil, dual coil and triple coil heating elements. This applies to glass top or ceramic stoves.
