A 20-year-old Indian soldier celebrated his birthday in such a tragic way that his whole family was left in mourning. Hearing this story will bring tears to your eyes.

Jimmy Ngamminlun from Manipur was recently selected in the Indian Army as an Agniveer. After training, his mother went to meet him proudly. Jimmy wanted to celebrate his birthday on 31st August with his family, but after training, he was posted in Akhnoor, Jammu and Kashmir. There, he was helping rescue people trapped in floods.

On 26th August 2025, sudden cloudburst floods struck the area. While saving others, Jimmy slipped into the water and lost his life as a mart*r.

On 31st August, when his body was brought home, his mother, with tears in her eyes, cut his birthday cake one last time and said goodbye to her son forever.
