Robyn's Name Has Been Removed From Land on Coyote Pass, But She's Still An Owner

Описание к видео Robyn's Name Has Been Removed From Land on Coyote Pass, But She's Still An Owner

There have been a lot of recent reports that Coyote Pass has been paid off. Although, this is great news for the Brown family, there has been some speculation and contention as to who owns what on Coyote Pass. As someone who likes Janelle's character on the show there is a sense of justice that she would be able to use her resources to edge Robyn out of her substantial stake in the property. Unfortunately, I don't think this is the case at all.
In order to analyze this situation we have to use the available information and legal precedence available. For instance, Arizona is a community property state. In order for Robyn's ownership rights to be stripped she would have to explicitly sign them over. Even if Robyn did sign the rights over through Kody she would still have the right to inherit said property. The fact that Kody's name remains doesn't bode well for this potential outcome.

I'm not rooting for Robyn in this video as much as defending the position of spouses who need their asset ownership rights protected from significant others who would attempt to swindle property rights out from under them.
