In this video we demonstrate how to remove the foam from a foam-filled tire in order to switch to an air-filled tire. The method we show in this video is a little bit hard physically and takes time, but at the same time, it is a way of preseving the tire (in case all you want to do is switch the foam for an inner tube), and does not require power tools. Another way of doing this repair is to cut the tire using a dremel with cutting wheel (or other powered cutting device) and then pull out the foam before removing the tire.

We use a Bugaboo Buffalo wheel in this video, but other common foam-filled wheels include the Bugaboo Cameleon and most of the BabyJogger line.
