Sterlitech Skid Mounted Membrane Filtration Systems

Built for evaluating performance of membranes widely used in reverse osmosis, forward osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration, microfiltration, and membrane distillations. Sterlitech Skid Mounted Membrane Filtration Systems are available in single or multiple cell configurations in both parallel and series modes. Digital Skids display and record the flow parameters collected by the integrated sensors in real-time for flow rate, temperature, pressure, conductivity, and weight.

Introducing the Analog Production Skid, Sterlitech's highest capacity system available, allowing for filtration at a full range of flows and pressures for two 40 40 membrane elements.

The skid system has been uniquely constructed on a robust, compact frame allowing for easy integration into tight workspaces.

A 30 hp motor powers the system along with a variable frequency drive for simple flow control and a high pressure diaphragm pump capable of 34 gpm at 1000 psi.

The skid is uniquely configured to allow for multiple modes of operation:
Independently to easily switch between membranes
and in series to allow for maximum permeate production

This flexibility empowers you to tailor the skid to meet your unique process requirements.

It features manual pressure control, a digital flow readout for real time monitoring, and a 9.12 square foot exchanger for optimal thermal management.
