Mobility and strength for the upper back and shoulders 😊

This practice includes a lot of backbends, Dolphins, twists, and movements for the shoulders and arms. All of this to strengthen the support around the shoulder blades and to release tension in these areas that so easily get stuck from just everyday life.

If you've sat a long time at a desk, maybe hunched over a computer, chances are that there's some tension build-up in the neck, shoulders and the upper back... Stretching might seem like a good solution, but often movement and strengthening might actually help more as the muscles might be weak and overstretched from all the hunching. This can also help us find some space on the chest side.

You don't need ant props for this practice - I'll lead you through this without any.
