Ingredients

Payatham paruppu - 1 cup
Kadalai paruppu - 1 handful
Toor dal - 1 handful

For a better taste it is advised to dry fry these contents
Soak these fried contents in water for about 1 to 2 hours.
Then filter out the water and grind in a mixie nicely.
For naivedhyam let us not add salt with the sweet items.
Apply little oil on the idly pan and put this paste to fill half.
After it cools down grind it in a mixie again and make powder.

Add Jaggery - 1 cup (as payatham paruppu quantity).
Mix the jaggery juice with the powder.

Add ghee - 1 tsp, cashew nut and coconut (if you fry and add coconut we can use the okkarai for 3 to 4 days). Fry these till it turns brown.

At the end we can add little edible camphor for aroma and for digestion purposes.
