My favourite cookies for festival, esp during Deepavali.
Its light and crunchy and definitely melt in your mouth!
Recipe for Sugee Biscuit / Biskut Suji / Semolina Biscuits.

Ingredients
1 cup Wheat flour / All purpose flour
1/2 cup ghee + 2 tbsp, melted
1/2-1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup roasted semolina / rava / suji
1/2 cup milk powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
red food colouring / cherry
