In this Magic: the Gathering Online Legacy league, Phil tries out a wicked cool Dragonstorm brew. The idea is to put Dragonstorm in your graveyard and then cast it for a simple four mana via Mizzix Mastery. We'll get three Commander / EDH commanders into play at that point: Dragonlord, Kolaghan, Dragonlord Dromoka, and Atarka, World Render. It's a brutal combo!
