ingredients:
- rice cakes
- samyang stew type noodles
- gochujang
- grandma chicken seasoning powder (can use fish sauce or beef/chicken bouillon as alternative)
- enoki mushrooms
- mozzarella cheese
- green onions

recipe:
1) add 2 tablespoons of gochujang to hot water
2) add ramen of your choice and rice cakes
3) season your broth with chicken powder, adjust to taste
4) add enoki mushrooms during the last minute of cooking
5) garnish with cheese and green onions
