BALE MOYA'S SHIRO RECEPIE:
¾ cup shiro powder
1 tsp basil
½ red onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeño pepper, diced (seeds removed for less heat)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp salt
3 cups water
1 tbsp kibe (clarified butter)
