Grandstream WiFi Phones - Any Good??

Let's take a look at these two Grandstream phone models - the WP810 and WP820. I haven't historically been a fan of Grandstream phones or PBX systems, but we get a ton of requests for WiFi phones, and these Grandstream models seem pretty good - but how well do they work in reality?
