32 goat kids greet the day!

Today I’m leaping into the day with an intention to turn all my “have tos” into “get tos”! The goats model this for me every day!

(The goats are getting harder and harder to take video of because they are so eager for human attention that they get super close and follow me wherever I walk! So funny!)

After 15 years of owning goats, you would think the routine would get old, but every morning we are freshly surprised by the kids’ enthusiasm as they greet the day! It always makes a smile to see their sweet faces in the morning, and to see them head into the barn at night content and happy after a long day of playing in the field with the herd! We currently have 32 baby goats and 32 adult goats, but today is Sweet Pea’s due date. And in the days ahead, six dams are due so many new little friends will be joining the herd! Can’t wait to meet them and share them with you! Thanks got following along for all the spring fun!
