NEW YEAR MEDITATION SCRIPT 2025
Welcome to this New Years Meditation,
This guided meditation will help you to prepare yourself for new chapter in your life,
to clean and recharge your innerself,
to let go of old habbits and unwanted things in your life.
Recharge your charisma and strengthen your willpower,
and find your inner strong balance for the new year.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable and relaxed position.
Close your eyes gently and take some deep, slow and loving breaths in and out.
Breathe and relax.
Let your breath flow easiliy and in your very own natural rhythm.
As you inhale and exhale,
become aware of your body
and conciously relax every part of your body.
Feel the grounding connection with the here and now.
take your time to relax...

Now, clear your mind and open your heart and energy to the light of the Divine, which floats all around you.
Trust in the powerful universal energy.
Imagine or even feel the soft vibrations of this invinite and supportive love around you.
The healing wisdom which is connected to all the living on our planet and to you.

Now, bring to mind that which you no longer want in your life.
The things you wish to release that do not serve you anymore.
you can allow yourself to clear out your life
and drop unwanted, that has become unneccessary.

The New Years Eve is a very good time to set intentions and to create positive new visions.
Now I would like you to ask yourself :
What should be different from how you
or your life is right now?
Imagine the person you would like to be,
the activities you want to do
the lifestyle or knowledge you want to have.
Visualize your intentions.
How does your life look like,
when your intentions come true.
Sense how you would feel.
How everybody around you would behave.
How you would behave...
Feel the changes and realize that your intentions already are becoming true,
they are growing inside you.
changing patterns.
your old way of thinking is changing.
Imagine yourself sending your wishes to the universe,
with every breathing out.

The new time has started and you are refreshed and charged with powerfull energy.
Breathe in and out.
and just be.
