3 Cocktails You Can Make with Monin Blue Curacao 🧜‍♀️❄️🍹

Ever tried Monin Blue Curacao? It's got a mild, perfectly-sweet orange flavour that gives tropical island vaaibs. Here are three easy, show-stopping cocktail ideas you can use it in.

🍹 1) Barbados Surprise 🍹

🌟Ingredients🌟
60ml Captain Morgan Spiced Gold Rum
15ml Monin Blue Curacao
15ml Monin Grenadine
60ml Liqui Fruit Orange Juice
Some ice cubes
Orange wheel, for garnish

🌟Method🌟
1. Pour Grenadine in the base of your glass and carefully drop in ice cubes.
2. Pour in orange juice.
3. In a shaking glass, combine rum and Blue Curacao then gently layer on top.
3. Garnish with an orange wheel.

❄️ 2) Jack Frost ❄️

🌟Ingredients🌟
60ml Monin Blue Curaçao
60ml Captain Morgan Spiced Gold Rum
60ml Pot o’ Gold Coconut Cream/Milk
2 cups ice
Desiccated coconut, for garnish

🌟Method🌟
1. Pour the Blue Curacao, rum, coconut cream/milk, and ice to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Wet the rim of your glass and dip it in desiccated coconut. Pour in the blended cocktail.

🧜‍♀️ 3) Tipsy Mermaid 🧜‍♀️

🌟Ingredients🌟
60ml Captain Morgan Spiced Gold Rum
15ml Malibu Rum Liqueur
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
½ cup Liqui Fruit Pineapple Juice
15ml Blue Curacao
Some ice cubes
Lime/lemon wheel, for garnish

🌟Method🌟
1. Add the rum, Malibu, lime juice, and pineapple juice to a shaker and shake well.
2. Pour the Blue Curacao in the base of the glass over ice, then gently pour over the pineapple mixture.
3. Garnish with a lime/lemon wheel.
