Welcome back to another video from my fat loss journey series. If you’ve been following along, you know I’ve been sharing everything real, raw, and honest about how I lost 30 kilos — no shortcuts, no sugar-coating. In this video, I’m diving deep into one of the biggest struggles people face during fat loss: unhealthy snacking.

Cravings hit hard. And during my own transformation, I realized that if I couldn’t control my snacking habits, I would keep falling back into the same loop again and again. So today, I’m sharing three simple but powerful methods I used to stop unhealthy snacking without starving myself or going crazy with restrictions.

The first one is drinking black coffee. Sounds basic, but it worked like magic for me. Black coffee helped me suppress my appetite and gave me that extra push of energy to stay focused throughout the day. I’ll explain exactly how and when I used it so you can make the most out of it too.

The second tip is super underrated — just drink water whenever cravings hit. It’s a psychological and physical trick that genuinely helps reduce the feeling of hunger, especially those fake cravings that come out of boredom, not real hunger. I’ll share my own method of how I trained my body and mind to use this instead of reaching for junk food.

And the third, probably the most sustainable one, is increasing protein and fiber in your meals. When I started including more protein-rich foods and fiber in my diet, I naturally felt full for longer and didn’t feel the urge to snack all the time. In the video, I’ll show you how I structured my meals to make this easy and delicious.
