Fall Fishing on the Sabine

I'm back on the Sabine River, Burtons Ditch, some parts of Sabine lake and Blacks Bayou in this video.

I ran all over the place in the new AlWeld. Love how the new boat handles. It fishes just as good as my Z521 Ranger bass boat.

So my original game plan was fish new areas for bass that i found using google earth. Where I started the video was at the entrance to the wildlife refuge off blacks bayou. Hopefully i can get back out when it opens up this march.

The water was so dang salty on this trip. I've never seen it so salty but I got that sabine Grand slam. I caught trout, bass, reds, flounder and a few other fish. It definitely was a fun day. Thats the cool thing about this place it's loaded with surprises.
