M32 world in Kristinehamn?
Arrived in Kristinehamn and Tallevika 2 days ago, and already yesterday I had the chance to sail Håkan Svensson's M32a. A fantastic 32-foot racing catamaran that reaches speeds of 20 knots in fairly light winds. We started at Gattet and reached out onto Lake Vänern. We turned when we couldn't see land anymore and tacked back. Camilla in the chase boat has it under control so us guys could feel safe. And the best part is, Håkan is bringing the M32 World Tour here next year. It's happening right in the middle of July 2024. A number of M32s will be racing in front of the Picasso sculpture, and Kristinehamn will be added to the M32-sailing paradises like Newport, Lake Garda, and Miami.

Vor 2 Tagen sind wir in Kristinehamn und Tallevika angekommen, und schon gestern hatte ich die Gelegenheit, Håkan Svenssons M32a zu segeln. Ein fantastischer 32-Fuß-Rennkatamaran, der bei recht leichtem Wind Geschwindigkeiten von 20 Knoten erreicht. Wir sind am Gattet Restaurang & Gästhamn gestartet und auf den Vänern hinausgesegelt. Wir sind umgekehrt, als wir kein Land mehr gesehen haben, und sind zurückgekreuzt. Camilla Svensson im Begleitboot hat alles im Griff, damit wir uns sicher fühlen könnten. Und das Beste ist, Håkan wird nächstes Jahr die M32 World Tour hierher bringen. Im Juli 2024 ist es soweit. Eine Anzahl von M32-Booten wird vor der Picassoskulptur segeln, und Kristinehamn wird zu einem M32-Segelparadies wie Newport, Gardasee und Miami."
