The Ducky One 2 Mini is an excellent gaming keyboard with a unique style. The variant I tested has Cherry MX Browns, but this keyboard is available with various switches so that you can get your preferred type. There are also different sizes to choose from, as you can get a 60%, 65%, TKL, or full-size variant. It provides one of the best typing experiences I've tested so far, and it offers a lot of features built directly into the board, as it doesn't have an interfaced software. Unfortunately, its latency is a bit high for a wired keyboard and might not be ideal for fast, reaction-based games. On the upside, it allows for a lot of customization thanks to its full RGB backlighting and extra colored keycaps. The Ducky One 2 Mini's build quality is excellent. The frame is made out of solid plastic, which feels durable. The board does have a bit of flex, but this won't matter too much for everyday usage. The PBT double-shot keycaps have a high-end feel, and longer keycaps have Cherry MX switch stabilizers, which is excellent. The Ducky One 2 Mini is a compact 60% keyboard that doesn't take up much space on your desk.

The HyperX Alloy Origins 60 is a compact 60% mechanical gaming keyboard. Thanks to its aluminum body, it feels incredibly well-built. It uses HyperX Red linear switches, which feel very light and responsive, and they require less force to actuate than other linear switches do. It has full RGB backlighting with a highly customizable brightness level, letting you bring the minimum brightness to 1%, which isn't something we see on most keyboards. The click latency is incredibly low, so it should feel very responsive while gaming. You can set macros to any key you want using the NGENUITY software; however, its customization software is only available on Windows. The base plate has a smooth, matte black finish, and the PBT double-shot keycaps don't accumulate oils or fingerprints. The secondary functions are printed onto the front-facing side of the keys, so they're easy to see when using the keyboard. The HyperX Alloy Origins 60's USB-C to USB-A cable is detachable, making it easy to replace if it gets damaged or if you want to replace it with a different one.

The Razer Huntsman Mini is an exceptional gaming keyboard with a compact form factor. Its small size is great for minimalist setups and to allows for more space to move the mouse. It has per-key RGB backlighting, and every key is macro-programmable. I reviewed the Clicky Optical switches provide an excellent typing experience, with distinct tactile feedback and incredible responsiveness. Unfortunately, it can be tiring to type on for long periods due to the lack of a wrist rest, and the layout can feel a bit cramped for some. Media controls, function keys, and navigation keys are still accessible through secondary functions, and most customizations can be done on the keyboard itself. Razer's Synapse 3 software is feature-rich; however, it's only available for Windows. The Razer Huntsman Mini's build quality is excellent. It has a plastic frame with an aluminum plate on top to provide rigidity. The board flexes just a tiny bit, but it's nothing to be concerned about. It has double-shot PBT keycaps that feel nice to type on. The USB-C-to-USB-A cable that comes with the keyboard is braided and should be long enough for most people to reach their computer. The cable has a latch that provides a more secure connection
