Tiniyak ng House Quadruple Committee na sasagutin nila ang petisyong inihain ni dating presidential spokesperson Harry Roque sa Korte Suprema laban sa ginagawang pagdinig ng panels sa Kamara.

Giit ni QuadComm overall chairman Rep. Ace Barbers, mahalaga sa imbestigasyon sa illegal POGOs ang pagdalo ni Roque pati na ang hinihingi nilang financial documents kaya umaasa silang idi-dismiss ng Supreme Court ang naturang petisyon.
