I saw this lip liner on Tik Tok & Youtube & I had to give it a try myself. I have never tried any Refy products before but have heard of the brand. This lip liner claims to have a setter that will keep your lip liner from fading. I wore mine from 9 am - 2pm and I held up decently through eating but nothing spectacular in my opinion. I will be returning as I don't think it does enough to justify the $20+ price tag.
