Pre-Installation:
🛠 Utility Locate and Site Preparation: Our commitment to your property's integrity is paramount. That's why our first step is to initiate a utility locate request, preserving all underground utilities.

Phase 1: Site Clearing
🚜 Excavation and Removal: Safeguarding utility lines, we removed existing obstacles including a deck and its surrounding shrubs. This involved excavating around 6 inches of soil, all of which was responsibly managed and disposed of.

Phase 2: Drainage Work
💧 Drainage Installation: Our expert drainage solutions, featuring a 4-inch corrugated solid wall NDS drainage pipe and two 12-inch NDS catch basins, ensure that water management is both efficient and effective.

Phase 3: Foundation
🧱 Base Preparation: Our foundation is built to last. Using a blend of 57 stone and ABC stone, we laid down a robust base, smoothed over with a layer of wash screenings.

Phase 4: Hardscaping
🌳 Patio, Retaining Wall, and Seating: High-quality Belgard materials were chosen for their durability and aesthetic appeal, making for a stunning patio and seating wall. Special thanks to our material suppliers @SiteOne and @Visions_Landscape_Supply.

Phase 5: Finishing Touches
🌱 Trex Stairs and Sod Installation: To gracefully transition from the patio to your home, we added Trex stairs in the elegant Rocky Harbor shade, complemented by the installation of lush fescue sod.

🎨 Landscape Design and HOA Submission: We offer comprehensive landscape design drawing services, streamlining the HOA approval process, which is critical for project success. We managed this from start to finish on behalf of our client.
