JAN 24 — Protestors try to break through the plywood facade of the ICE building in Portland.

In recent days, activists said tactics had to change. That new strategy was on display this weekend as activists barricaded the gate and threw gas canisters back at agents in defiance.

Portland Police says they made four arrests this night, including of Evalynn Kotasek, 30, of Portland, charged with Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree after allegedly trying to remove plywood from the ICE building.
