What is Business Relationship Management and the difference between BRMP & CBRM | Malini Jayaganesh

Malini Jayaganesh actively practices Business Relationship Management in her day to day role, leading BRM teams as well as being an accredited APMG trainer of the BRMP and CBRM certifications, delivering courses through Accredited Training Organisation, ITSM Hub in Australia and is on the Director Emeritus of the BRM Institute.

With her 360 degree perspective of the BRM function, Malini shares some superb insights as to how to influence strategy and add continuous value to the bottom line by supporting those in the discipline throughout the organisation - including bringing middle managers and senior leaders up to speed.
