Former Company Secretary, Theresa Geldenhuys responded to questions from committee members..really being grilled this afternoon. Geldenhuys questioned on her advisory role on the board...and mps delving into the boards decision making processes as she is the central figure and her primary mandate is to provide such guidance and advise to board members. Honorable Kilian saying Geldenhys is guilty of malicious compliance when it comes to submission of docs as 400 have been send to parly unordered.
Geldenhys being called to account for last weeks walk out by the sabc from the inquiry.
