Xyla Foxlin discusses the untold story of entrepreneurs. Her powerful story highlights the stereotypes of being a figure in business, and illustrates how she, as well as many others, have feelings and express emotions that the general public doesn’t get to witness. Xyla is the Founder and CEO of Parihug, a company focused on integrating emotions and technology to create a fuller digital experience. She is the Executive Director of the nonprofit she cofounded, Beauty and the Bolt, which is focused on lowering the barrier to entry for women and minorities in STEM fields. Xyla was named Cleveland Magazine's Most Interesting People of the Year 2017 and Crain's Cleveland Business 20 in their 20's.
