Grandma's Peanut Butter cookies
1 c. shortening
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1\4 tsp. salt
Cream as normal for cookies. Roll in 1 1\2 inch balls, roll in sugar. Flatten with fork. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes on ungreased pans. Allow to cool for 1 minute on baking sheet.
