Can You Add Friends Cross-Platform in Warface?
Warface supports crossplay for gameplay between consoles (PlayStation, Xbox, Switch), so you can be matched in the same games with friends on other platforms.
However, Warface does NOT offer a built-in cross-platform friend system. The in-game friends list is restricted to your own platform. This means you cannot directly add a friend playing on a different console/platform to your in-game friends list or invite them to parties via the Warface UI.
Workarounds for Cross-Platform Play
Queue up for the same game modes at the same time to potentially match in the same game, but this is not reliable for consistent play with friends.
Use voice chat or 3rd-party platforms (Discord, PlayStation/Xbox party chat, etc.) to coordinate playing together.
Enable crossplay in game settings to ensure you’re able to be matched with players on other platforms:
