Delicious rice roll filled with savory ground pork, sweet onions, and wood ear mushroom! Recipe can be multiply to make a larger batch.
Ingrediens:

1 bag banh cuon flour (any brand will do)
1/4 cup of tapioca starch
5 cups of water
2 tablespoon of cooking oil
sugar, salt, mushroom seasoning, fish sauce
cha chien/cha lua
bean sprouts
Thai basil
fried shallots
fresh chili
shredded cucumber
sweet fish sauce (link to recipe below)
