Dr. Terrence Z. Johnson is a person dedicated to the development of people. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counselor education. He is also a graduate of Mississippi College, where he received his Doctorate in Professional Counseling.

He currently lives in Gallatin, TN. He is Co-Founder/ Chief Innovation Officer for iProgress, LLC in Jackson, MS. He is a licensed professional counselor. He specializes in digital well-being, innovation, life purpose, personal and professional growth.

He previously worked with adolescent offenders, children with mental health disorders, middle, high school, and college-aged students. He supervised mental health students who sought to become licensed professional counselors. He taught at Mississippi College as a clinical professor in the Doctor of Professional Counseling program. He conducted presentations and workshops concerning mental health awareness, mentorship, personal growth, professional growth, and life purpose.

He is a life excavator who aids people to uncover the buried potential that life circumstances and events have hidden.
