Opening Vintage Diecast Midgetoy "Buck Rogers Cars" Red & Blue Factory Paint Test Samples AMAZING!!

Flash Gordon in range, Cap'n: I am downright honored to start my collection of vintage atomic age spacecraft with these two incredible "Flash Gordon Cars" by Midgetoy. No date provided but I am under the impression they were factory samples meant as paint test subjects never packaged for retail sale.

Obtained for an art project about toys destined for the gallery I manage in Syracuse NY and destined to be used for at least diorama photography & video, though these will remain in my collection where other of the toys I've shown are meant to be used as 3d objects in painted works with sculpted landscape elements. Not these!! ;D a grandson will inherit them someday along with a DVD of "Flash Gordon" with the soundtrack by Queen.
