MS. German riot police bundling youth demonstrators into lorry during trouble outside Convention Hall during 75th West German presidential elections. Various shots at the East/West border point where traffic has been stopped by East Germans. Various shots inside the East Prussia Hall where the voting is taking place. Among those seen voting are West Chancellor Kurt Kiesinger, Mayor of West Berlin Willy Brandt and several other West German ministers. MS. New West German Federal Defence Minister Von Hassel announcing the new President - Gustav Heinemann. He makes his way to rostrum and is warmly greeted by Kiesinger and Minister Schroeder.
