Hey luvs hey ❤ Welcome to my new channel!!! This is a recipe I know you'll luv!! I'll show you how to prepare easy and delicious 😋 fried Pork Chops that was taught to me by my mother and grandmother. I hope you will try them.

*Ingredients:
Pork Chops
2 Eggs
Saltine Crackers
Cooking Oil

*Seasonings:
Salt & Pepper (you can also use garlic powder, onion powder and paprika in addition)

Directions:
1.) Wash & Dry Chops
2.) Season Chops with salt and pepper
3 ) Beat eggs, roll out crackers until thin, set aside
4. ) Heat oil
5. ) Dip Chops one by one in eggs, then coat them with the rolled out crackers and add to hot oil
6.) When brown on one side (try only turning once) brown on the other side. Remove and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels
