"When party attack a broken target, Cancel break status before the attack" That what description said but it not specific in or off turn so I when out and tested a little bit found the interesting interaction here what I founded.

The cancel break can be done off turn by only once after "A" finish the turns. the results you can see here Leo can rebreak but Dorgann couldn't.

This interaction also let's Dorgann trigger his follow up twice because Noel successfully break in his turn after he's done Leo also break the target but that's after Noel turn. (Pre attack doesn't work like Cor or Weiss)

The hp bonus from his FR time also pretty weird if you use both Cor & Weiss at the same time.

If Cor act when Weiss trigger pre-attack before him the hp bonus from "when turn passes with a character breaking a target + 40" wouldn't count BUT If Weiss not there this weird crap thing doesn't happen.... like ?????? Same goes to Cor act before Weiss, I didn't include in this video but you guys can try it yourself.
