Here is a quick video on servicing a PNW Loam dropper post. This is an easy job and a full service should be should be done at least ever 100 hours imo.

It's also good practice to do a quick 50 hour service with the dropper on the bike by removing the collar and cleaning any exposed old grease on teh shaft and under the collar, then applying a fresh coat of grease on the shaft and under the collar.

These are two quick process that will not only make your post run smoothly but extend its life as well
