IMMUNITY BOOSTER - HEALTHY ORANGE GINGER TURMERIC SHOT -
This recipe is better than the store-bought shots AND on top of that, it is SO much cheaper to make this at home! Easy peasy with a blender. You can make this within minutes and keep it in the fridge for up to 5 days!

INGREDIENTS

3-4 oranges, peeled it’s about 270-360ml orange juice
3 tablespoon (40ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon (3g) turmeric powder
1/2 cup (120ml) coconut water or water
1/2 cup (65g) ginger roots
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tablespoon honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Peel the oranges and ginger roots then chop roughly.
2. To a blender add all ingredients, chopped oranges, lemon juice, turmeric powder, coconut water, chopped ginger, cayenne pepper (optional), and honey. Now pulse until well blended.
3. Use a fine mesh strainer or a cheesecloth to strain the juice. Enjoy a shot or two then pour the rest into a mason jar, close with a lid and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
