Allergic reaction can be due to various causes like foods, drugs, pollen, animal fur etc. Usually the first symptoms of allergic reaction are hives, that is getting rashes all over the body and then there will b itching over the skin, and sometimes there will be difficulty in breathing, watery eyes, running nose and some cases there could be abdominal pain, chest discomfort, difficulty in taking breath, flushing, nausea, vomiting, sometimes chest pain. These are usually the signs of an allergic reaction.
