I Love the Navy Seal Burpees because of the core work you get from hitting your stomach and bringing knees to core, which includes 3 pushups ! I'm still new to burpees but I wouldn't do them any other way, I enjoy the extra sweat.. This was a fun routine we warmed up w/ before hitting the real challenge..
