Who Is the Most Lawful God in D&D?

Lawful gods in D&D embody order. They promote stability, regulation, discipline, and tradition. At their best, they enable mortals to live in structured, peaceful societies. At their worst, they cause stifling rigidity and stagnation. The Forgotten Realms provides us a wealth of gods to examine, and those that have lawful alignments as interesting to examine as any other.
