This 20 minute front splits workout is partly for me. I have a goal of getting my splits before I turn 40 and have wanted a short, efficient splits workout to do daily... so I made it! Advanced mobility workouts have been requested frequently on the channel, so I figured others would want to work on their splits too!

📋WORKOUT FORMAT:
• 20 Minutes
• No Repeats
• 40s Work / 20s rest

⚙️EQUIPMENT NEEDED
🧱Yoga Blocks
🛝Floor Slider (You can use a towel if you are on hard floor, or a piece of cardboard if on carpet)

COACHING NOTES
✅Move through your largest pain-free range of motion
✅Push to an intense 7+/10 to get the most out of the shorter stretch times.
✅Breathe only through your nose to keep your nervous system calm.
