Competitive, Modular, Fun. These are what CMF means to me after having my hands on Nothing's newest entry, the CMF Phone 2 Pro.

Of course, it goes without saying that the team has hit the mark again with its unique industrial design. The signature orange color is bold, loud, yet strangely sophisticated. The bezels are now symmetrical as well! The combination of plastic and aluminum is just so tasteful.

But what sets CMF apart from its more uppity sibling is the three things I mentioned above.

It's Competitively priced, being the most affordable brand of Nothing Phones. It's also competitive in features, having a performant chip, decent resistance from water and dust, a large battery, a 120Hz OLED screen, a liquid cooling system, and a complete array of back cameras, now including a third, telephoto, lens.

It's Modular, giving users the freedom to securely attach various accessories (the Interchangeable lens is a favorite!) or remove everything that one does not deem essential to a smartphone. This is what defines CMF, and what makes its affordable price possible.

And finally, with its accessible price, capabilities, durability, and modularity, it's just a very fun thing to tinker with! It's like building Legos, but it's a phone! I'm excited to see what the team will come up next, hopefully, it's even more playful than this one!
