Gerrod Bergen, was a two way starter at Permian in 1992. He was the second fastest in the state and received the silver medal in the 100m dash. He went on to Sacramento, CA where Odessa Permian won the National Championship and Gerrod participated in the 100m dash and 4x100 relay. Permian won the 4x100 relay and set the National record. This 1992 Permian team was probably the fastest ever for MOJO which several of the Track stars held starting positions on the offense and defense.


You can see where Gerrod in the video continues to separate himself from the fastest men on the Lewisville Farmer team deep in the playoffs.
