In this case it’s the impacted calculus in neck of remnants gallbladder, giving continuous pain in abdomen and radiating to back .
This Patient was in too much of agony and clueless about what to do as re-laparoscopy would be very complicated and difficult.

Operated outside 4 yrs back with partial cholecystectomy due to difficult gallbladder .
Admitted in Dr. Mhaske hospital. After work up take for laparoscopic surgery.
