在厨师之乡陕西蓝田，有一道关中流水席必备的大菜，蓝田九大碗。红烧肘子、木梳背子、八宝甜盘子、泼汁老豆腐、熬过油豆腐、高汤熬白菜、熬萝卜片、黄花木耳丸子汤、凉调萝卜丝。九个青花瓷大碗菜，三荤六素，放在托盘里，就是关中味道。就着农家花馍红米饭，喝稠酒，阿星吃八人餐。
