A complete production cycle that carries a concept from birth to final installation, passing through all the intermediate stages of design and actualization.

In a perfect equilibrium between aesthetics and functionality, Sagarti chandeliers are the pinnacle of art at its most efficient.
The motifs chosen for the models find their origin in nature; ever the inexhaustible source of inspiration for artists, architects, and sculptors.
The process begins with a detailed sketch from which a 3-dimensional prototype is created: this gives the designers a good idea of how the final piece will look and allows them to calculate the main parameters of the model.

The sculptor then creates a real-size master model that is refined to the smallest detail, from specific shapes to sculptural reliefs.
From this, a plaster mold is cast for the decorative porcelain pendants.
The process is carried out entirely by hand. Such a high-quality material requires the skill of an equally highly-skilled master, who will carefully remove any flaws from the fragile raw porcelain.

The finished pieces are fired in a kiln, where the high temperatures will harden them, and bring out the natural brilliance and delicate translucency of the porcelain.
The company offers two types of porcelain finishes: biscuit or glazed. Biscuit is an unglazed finish, which leaves the velvety surface of the porcelain exposed.
Glazed porcelain goes through several stages of firing and is coated with a special substance, which forms a smooth glassy surface when fired at high temperatures.

Finished porcelain pendants are fastened to optic fiber cables that emit a warm, gentle glow. The light travels through the optic fibers to the pendant and illuminates the Swarovski crystal, playing along its facets. The result is a softly shimmering chandelier, that turns magical in dim lighting.

The assembly of the models is a meticulous manual process that ensures the pieces are flawless.
