i hate fasting tbh i rarely ever try to fast now I'm surprised it actually went well this time

keep in mind that I do not endorse EDs!! If I could go back and avoid developing one I would. I would never wish this on anyone, I do not recommend following the diet shown in my videos as it is extremely debilitating and difficult to maintain.
