This video shows the Isle of Deadly Pools level in the Commander Keen 4 Sunnylands mod. This is the mod's version of the original Isle of Tar, but the level isn't as large. Isle of Deadly Pools is the second of 5 levels that requires a wetsuit to access, and is not a required level. There are tar pits and some wormmouths to watch out for.
