Why we don’t remember the organisational vision.

Two things are true. (1) Leaders are responsible for making sure that the organisation has a sense of direction. (2) Most people cannot remember the organisational vision. Many people don’t know where the organisation is heading – despite having attended every staff meeting and read all the CEO announcements. What’s going on?
